Failure Factors In Leadership Part 2, in this Episode we look at the life of Peter on why as a leader he was able to do a lot of exploits; the secret being PRAYERS. At times Peter engaged the Lord in Prayer and at other times, we are told that he slept off. When as leaders we do not slide into slumber mode, we are able to receive deep seated instructions from the Lord to get us to move forward.
